Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be notified directly to Les Hauts d’Avignon, by post or e-mail to leshautsdavignon@gmail.com<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n A cancellation request will only be effective once Les Hauts d’Avignon has confirmed its acceptance by post or e-mail.<\/p>\n\n Cancellations or modifications made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge.\nYou will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit (30%) in the event of cancellation. <\/p>\n\n For cancellations or modifications made less than 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit (30%) will not be refunded. <\/p>\n\n \n Cancellation or modification of privatizations<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n\n Cancellations or modifications made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge.\nYou will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit (60%) in the event of cancellation. <\/p>\n\n For cancellations or modifications made less than 30 days before the arrival date, deposits will not be refunded (60%).<\/p>\n\n In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the stay will be invoiced and due.<\/p>\n\n For stays cut short after arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the stay booked, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.<\/p>\n\n In exceptional cases (serious illness, major events), we will examine your situation for possible exemption from cancellation charges, on presentation of supporting documents.<\/p>\n\n In the event of cancellation by the owner, the sums collected will be returned to the tenant without further compensation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" We understand that plans can change and we strive to be as flexible as possible regarding cancellations.
