Evening Meals : A refined cuisine
In the evening, our table d’hôtes features “fusion cuisine”. Each meal is an invitation to travel, accompanied by a selection of local wines to delight your senses. Traditional French cuisine will not be outdone.
Mixing cuisines from different countries allows you to explore different flavors. A true discovery. This concept comes from the United States, and more specifically from New York, cradle of the art of combining different recipes from around the world on the same plate. As long as it’s good, any combination is possible!

Beverages, Wines, Champagnes and Cocktails
Whatever the time of day, in the afternoon, at sunset or before dinner, our menu offers a variety of drinks, wines, champagnes and cocktails to enhance your moments of relaxation.
During the day, take advantage of a refrigerated display case where you can with bottles of water, soft drinks, fruit juices, beers… All you have to do is record your drinks on your bar card, indicating your room.
