We understand that plans can change and we strive to be as flexible as possible regarding cancellations. To help you plan your stay with peace of mind, here’s our cancellation policy:
Free cancellation
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Late cancellation
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. We do this to compensate for the reduced possibility of re-letting the room or apartment at short notice.
Reservation modification
If you need to change the dates of your stay, we will do our best to accommodate your new plans, subject to availability, at no extra charge.
Non-Presentation
In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the full amount of the stay will be charged and is non-refundable.
Shortened Stay
For stays cut short after arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the stay booked, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
Exceptional circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases (serious illness, major events), we are prepared to examine your situation for a possible waiver of cancellation fees, upon presentation of supporting documents.
