General Sales Conditions (GSC)

Les Hauts d’Avignon guest rooms comply with the provisions of articles D. 324-13 and D. 324-14 of the French Tourism Code.

Les Hauts d’Avignon is operated on a commercial basis by a SCI for the rental of guest rooms (company registered with the RCS, SIRET number 981982142 00018) and by a SAS for para-hotel and other services (company registered with the RCS, SIRET number 982044323 00011) subject to VAT.

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) is to inform our customers about the terms and conditions of accommodation, booking, payment, cancellation of bookings, the responsibilities of the parties, the house rules, as well as the management of the data we collect as part of our professional activity.


These conditions of sale may be modified at any time without prior notice.

The information on this official website takes precedence over all information published by our partners, including booking and cancellation policies.

Acceptance by Guests of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS), the house rules, the booking and payment procedures and the cancellation policy is a prerequisite for the establishment of a rental contract at Les Hauts d’Avignon.

Payment of the deposit at the time of booking constitutes a rental contract, and means that guests have accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) and the house rules for the rental of guest rooms, catering, consumption or services, as well as their consent to the use of the personal data you provide.

This contract is governed by French law.


All disputes arising from this contract, concerning its validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences and consequences thereof, shall be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of ordinary law.

Insurance

The hirer certifies that he/she is covered by an insurance policy covering his/her own liability.


Les Hauts d’Avignon certifies that it is covered by an insurance policy covering its Professional Civil Liability arising from its bed and breakfast activity.
