Reservation cancellation or modification policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to be as flexible as possible regarding cancellations.

Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be notified directly to Les Hauts d’Avignon, by post or e-mail to [email protected].

A cancellation request will only be effective once Les Hauts d’Avignon has confirmed its acceptance by post or e-mail.

Cancellation or modification of guest room reservations

Free cancellation or modification up to 7 days before arrival

Cancellations or modifications made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. You will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit (30%) in the event of cancellation.

Late cancellation or modification

For cancellations or modifications made less than 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit (30%) will not be refunded.

Cancellation or modification of privatizations

Free cancellation or modification up to 30 days before arrival

Cancellations or modifications made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. You will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit (60%) in the event of cancellation.

Late cancellation or modification

For cancellations or modifications made less than 30 days before the arrival date, deposits will not be refunded (60%).

Non-Presentation

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the stay will be invoiced and due.

Shortened Stay

For stays cut short after arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the stay booked, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Exceptional circumstances

In exceptional cases (serious illness, major events), we will examine your situation for possible exemption from cancellation charges, on presentation of supporting documents.

Booking cancellation by Les Hauts d’Avignon

In the event of cancellation by the owner, the sums collected will be returned to the tenant without further compensation.
